Here at Baja Luna, we are committed to giving back to the Earth in the same way it gives to us. Baja Luna is a true mango farm, but it doesn’t end there. Our kitchen and bars source fresh, local ingredients with most of what we use coming straight from our own farm. We grow a variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, so you know every meal we serve is made with love!
We also recognize our responsibility towards waste and cleanup. Our kitchen practices zero-waste cooking methods utilizing modern and effective systems of both compositing and vermi-composting. Our mission is to be completely solar powered with on-site honey bees to create long-lasting biodiversity within our community.
